Darshell's Quality Music workshops consist of voice and electronic keyboard lessons as well as music history, performance, theory and composition classes.  The information taught in these classes is based on the music books, The Quality Music Instruction Curriculum,* The Quality Music Instruction Guide for Piano:  Book I,* and The Quality Music Instruction Guide for Piano: Book II,* written by Darshell DuBose. These books focus on the basic elements needed to learn music notation, melody and accompaniment, rhythm, composition, theory, creativity and history.  In addition, the students not only receive a good music education, they build character and confidence as well because they are trained in performing, live, for community events.
